Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fd66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through fd66.io and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the fd66 brand.

By accessing fd66.io, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by fd66, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on fd66. Duplicate accounts created for any reason — including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a suspension — will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that individual and the permanent forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

fd66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon registration or at any point thereafter, fd66 may request that you provide identity verification documents including a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. fd66 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd66 account credentials, including your username and password. fd66 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password for your fd66 account and that you do not reuse this password across other platforms or services.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account credentials to access fd66. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified fd66 of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify fd66 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. fd66 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account following such notification.

fd66 employs SSL encryption across all platform pages and transactions to protect the security of your personal and financial information. However, you acknowledge that no digital security system is entirely impenetrable, and fd66 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fd66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. fd66 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. fd66 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is made from a payment method not registered to the account holder, fd66 reserves the right to withhold funds and request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent corresponding deposit, in accordance with fd66's anti-money-laundering procedures. fd66 reserves the right to:

• Request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification or any ongoing investigation into account activity.
• Refuse a withdrawal request where fd66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Apply a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit as notified to users on the fd66 platform from time to time.

fd66 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are subject to the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification steps. fd66 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile money operators.

Bonuses and Promotions

fd66 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

General bonus terms applicable to all fd66 promotions include the following:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the promotion terms for each individual offer.

Any abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus withdrawal — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on fd66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the fd66 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all fd66 products include:

• Bets accepted by fd66 are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where fd66's published rules for the relevant market provide otherwise.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error in published odds or game outcomes, fd66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• fd66 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any player, market, or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus and are not freely withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or game result, the decision of fd66's trading and gaming operations team is final, subject to the formal disputes process set out in Section 13 of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on fd66.

• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at fd66 staff or other players via any platform support channel.

fd66 employs real-time transaction monitoring and behavioural analysis systems to detect prohibited activities. Users are advised that all activity on the fd66 platform is logged and subject to review. fd66 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information where required by law or where there is a reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fd66 platform — including but not limited to the fd66 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds displays, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of fd66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fd66 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from fd66 without express written authorisation.
• Use the fd66 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation not expressly granted by fd66.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the fd66 platform by automated means.
• Create derivative works based on fd66 content or platform design.

Any unauthorised use of fd66's intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.

Privacy and Data

Limitation of Liability

fd66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the fd66 platform.
